Plenty of food to fuel you appetite during the stay. Accommodation is as you would expect on a boat and comfortable.   Chad, Leah, Jake, Tim & Sam took care of us from the moment we arrived in Karratha until we left a week later. In between, all of our needs... read more were met and they really went out of their way to make us feel at home. This was a trip with the family and my wife and daughter fish but perhaps not with the same zeal that my son and I do. But they made it easy for everyone to have a good time.

They clearly care about the area and treat it as their home. We stayed on the Sans Souci, which was great with the a/c and bathrooms for the girls. We spent lots of of time on the barge, socializing with the group of fishermen from Perth.

All in all, a REALLY great trip. My only complaint is that it's so far away for us (24 1/2 flight hours from the US west coast - add 5 more hours for my son coming from the east coast). But even with the long travel times, I expect to go back there again. A really big GT is in my future 🙂
