At Blue Lightning Charters we are all about safety and pleasure for our customers. We want to create an experience of a lifetime with our fishing trips and eco tours to some of Western Australia’s most secluded and best fishing locations.
Over the years we have endeavoured to keep adding more and more to improve your Montebello adventure, firstly Blue Lightning pontoon at the Islands (and continually upgrading it), also constantly improving and adding to our fleet. We are excited to announce the newest addition to the Blue Lightning fleet, Global Venture! Global Venture is our 4th boat at the Montebello Islands in 2017, joining Blue Lightning III (our mothership vessel), Heartstarter (our 26ft Boston Whaler) and Reely Black (our 40ft Black Watch with Tuna Tower). Global Venture is a 12 meter aluminium vessel powered by 2 Suzuki 300 Outboard Motors enabling us to get places quickly at up to 20 knots. She is the perfect addition to the fleet with her wide beam making it very roomy and a great fishing platform for casting for GT’s, and her low clearance allowing us to manoeuvre her in close to the islands to take advantage of the awesome fishing at the Montebello Islands. She is larger than Heartstarter, meaning she can fit more anglers on board at one time. Captain Chad Mills and the entire Blue Lightning Charters team are very excited to welcome Global Venture to the family and to experience great fishing and cruising for our all important clients.
